I am currently offer self pay only, but I am in the credentialing process with United, Aetna, Cigna, Anthem, Kaiser (CO), Tricare, and Medicaid (CO).
I am able to provide a superbill for insurance, but highly encourage you to speak with your insurance company regarding out of network benefits before scheduling.
How do I get started?Getting started is simple. Reach out by phone or email. We can schedule a free consultation to see if we’re a good fit, or you can schedule your first appointment right away. Once we connect, I’ll send you the necessary paperwork to complete before your first session.
I look forward to hearing from you.

I will review your paperwork before the session and spend the first few minutes of session explaining process and policies. The rest of the time will be spent getting to know you. I view people holistically, so in addition to asking about presenting concerns/symptoms, I want to take time to understand your history, relationships, health, strengths, and more. This helps me have a fuller picture of you as a person and what you are experiencing. We will also talk about what you would like to improve or change and work together to identify a plan that feels right for you.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a therapy approach that can help people process distressing or difficult experiences that continue to affect them in the present. Through guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation, EMDR can help reduce the emotional intensity connected to an experience while supporting more helpful, adaptive beliefs about yourself and what happened.
EMDR processing typically does not begin in the first few sessions. We’ll first take time to better understand what brings you to counseling, establish a sense of safety and strengthen resources.
I was trained through EMDR Consulting. For more information on EMDR, click here.

I use a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform for telehealth sessions. Before your appointment, you’ll receive a link by email or text that you can use to join the session from your computer, tablet, or phone.
